Wishcart.in is committed to delivering your order with good quality packaging within the given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost. Our shipping partners are Fedex, Delhivery, e-Kart, Aramax, Gati and many more are still adding to the list and have extensive pin-code coverage.

We display the designs which we can deliver if in stock already under the ready to ship category or otherwise procure it specially for our clients from other sources. Hence all the products are subject to availability.
How is the delivery charge calculated for multiple units?
The shipping is free for all the orders received within India.
In case there is a bulk order, the shipping is calculated on the basis of total weight.
Our prices are all-inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices except Octroi, if applicable in your region.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Many orders are dispatched mostly within 48 hours and we have a pretty good track record of delivering very fast and quickly. Some products have to be procured and hence might take 7-10 working days to be dispatched.
Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
The pre-paid orders are dispatched on priority followed by the cod orders.
P.S: As most of our products are sourced from outside India the delivery date depends upon the economic and political conditions. Sometimes the stock is delayed beyond our control but we are committed to fulfill all our orders sooner or later. Only the orders for those whose delivery we do not get, are cancelled by us. We request your understanding and co-operation in that regard.
What are the modes of payments?
We offer our clients many options to select from while making payments. We provide cash on delivery service all over India. Apart from that, clients may pay through Credit and Debit cards, make NEFT payments or chose Bank Transfer too.
Clients out of India can currently make payment through Paypal & Credit Card.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (OUTSIDE INDIA):

Delivery time for International Delivery (Outside India) will be between 10-45 days.
CANCELLATION AND/REFUND POLICY
We DO NOT ACCEPT Returns as our products are specially procured for our clients on their orders. We only Return the products if the products delivered is defective/damaged or wrong product is sent.
In special cases if the customer is not satisfied with the product we give them a provision to exchange it with another product(adjust the balance with it's price) or we issue a store credit of the same order value. It can be redeemed on purchase of another product of the same value or higher.
On the above mentioned situation the return/exchange would be accepted considering the below terms-
- Only Unused and Unstitched Dress Material can be returned if informed on the same day of delivery via email at email@example.com
- The product should reach us within 10 days from the date of delivery on our return address given below
- Once we receive the product we will arrange for exchange as per your request.
- In case of Exchange of a product, Rs 190 is added in the total invoice value for shipping the new product.
- If refund is requested, it will be done in the form of store credit only which will be valid for six months which can be used to place a new order.
- Items under any offer, discount or from our “SALE” category cannot be cancelled, exchanged or returned except when we sent you wrong or a faulty item. (Misprint, Beads or tassels coming out, uneven edges of dupatta, the difference in shade, the lesser fabric will not be considered as faulty or defective.
- Return cost will be borne by the customer except when a return is happening due to error on our parts like if we sent you wrong or a damaged item. Our maximum return shipping cost liability will be Rs.100/-.
When is Cash refund available?
Cash refund is only available if WE cancel your order due to non-availability of a product or service or any operational issue.
- Refunds for Online prepaid orders are refunded to the Original Mode of payment within 7-10 days and as per your bank’s payment cycle.
- Refunds for orders placed via Paypal are done via Store Credit only.
Accessories like Bags, Clutches, Jewellery cannot be Cancelled, exchanged or returned. Items under any offer, discount or from our “SALE” category cannot be cancelled, exchanged or returned except when we sent you wrong or a faulty item. Also, there is no exchange possible between the items purchased from the non-sale category and the one placed on sale.

Can I cancel the order?
You can cancel the order ONLY before the order is dispatched from our address. We normally ship in-stock items the same day, hence, please inform as soon as possible. If the item is shipped we will not be able to process the cancellation request.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to cancel the order once it has been Shipped/Dispatched.
Can I change the shipping address of my order?

Is there return policy in International shipments?
Unfortunately – we will not be able to cancel, exchange or return any order which is shipped to outside India.
Tracking your Order
Once your order is shipped , tracking information will be sent to you via email or on your phone through Text message or Whatsapp message (if you are a regular whatsapp user). Please note that the tracking information on courier service provider’s website is normally available/updated after 24 Business hours once the shipping label is created. Please note that the order status may show “Processing” till the time it is not delivered.
In the event in which the recipient refuses to pay and accept the cash on delivery parcel or unavailable to receive despite confirming the order with us prior to the dispatch, the customer shall be requested to pay online in advance for the next order placed with the store. The payment can be done through bank Transfer, Cash Deposit, Credit Card or Paytm.
